May 08, 2012· I have a GE washer model WHRE5550K2WW that will not spin and drain. It will work on the wash cycle, but stops at rinse. I washed some heavy rugs in it and that is when it began. We removed the rugs, but it still will not spin and drain. I reset it by unplugging, waiting one minute, and then open and close 6 times, as shown on the video.
